Where to Shop in Cincinnati!

Get in, loser, we're going shopping! I've lived near Cincinnati my whole life, but I didn't start shopping in Cincinnati until this year. I've been missing out on so many cute boutiques and shops. And I found all of these stylish shops right before I'm about to move. But luckily for you and me, most of these places sell online, in case you're not in the Cincinnati area. I didn't realize until after this photo that I am wearing one thing from each store that I mentioned. I promise that wasn't planned. I really like all of these stores and the things I bought from them! My button-down is from The Native One. My shorts are upcycled pants from Earth House Shop, and my sunglasses chain is from Pitaya.

The Native One

I recently stumbled upon The Native One while walking around Over-The-Rhine. And I did not realize what I had been missing downtown! The Native One is serving all the vibes. They have a good mix of popular modern pieces and everyday staples. Their store and styles feel very put together and classy. Plus, they have the cutest home section, including candles, mugs, art, and books. Not to mention, they had a lot of sustainable home products. While I was there, I got my hands on the Striped Color Block Shirt (shown in my picture above), and I've been wearing it non-stop since I bought it. I also picked up the Ribbed Halter Crop Top. They carry sizes S, M, & L, and they have XS/XL on select styles. The Native is definitely worth a stop by if you're in Over-The-Rhine. But if you're not a Cincinnati native (pun intended), they do have a location in Covington as well. And best of all, you can still get all of their looks online!

Earth House Shop

I don't have enough good things to say about Earth House Shop. Initially, I discovered them at The City Flea. (Which sidenote the City Flea is terrific. There are a ton of local artists that show up. Definitely check out the City Flea for cute shops too.) But back to Earth House Shop, they now have a storefront. They open Thursday through Sunday from 12-6pm (They post when their hours change on their Instagram.) The Earth House Shop has thrifted pieces that are beautifully curated. When I say "beautifully curated," I mean, it's not like going to Goodwill where you have to rubbage through a ton of clothes just to find one good piece. Everything you pick up at Earth House Shop is like finding that one good piece from Goodwill. They have a ton of trendy vintage, bright colors, and funky patterns. They also have some fun hand-made earrings/accessories. I don't believe they sell their clothes on their website. So you'll have to find them at their new location on Main Street name or at the City Flea.

Pitaya

The thing that stood out to me the most about this store is that all of the clothes are color coordinated! The ADD in my body was so happy about this. I was drawn to their tanks and crop top section. They had every style and every color imaginable. They have a range in prices, but most styles are super affordable. They have good basics like I said, crop tops in every color imaginable, people! However, they also have super cute patterned dresses. I had my eyes on the tie-dye and cow print patterns. Fortunately for us, they have a few locations and an online store for those that are not near the Cincy area. But if I was you, and you're close enough to go into the store, I would. I noticed they offered some really good deals on jewelry in-store. They also had a wider variety. I snagged the cutest daintiest sunglasses chain for ONE DOLLAR! And it's been months, and it has yet to rust or break.

Some other honorable mention stores were Rad OTR and Kismet. Definitely worthy of checking out if you're in the area.

That's the round-up, folks. Please leave me a comment below with other stores you shop at in Cincy!
